This recipe is really just throwing together some of my kitchen staples! Simple and easy lunch or breakfast idea when you don't have much time to prep.

Ingredients:
Pizza Crust- I used Cappello's (GF and DF).
Pesto- I used Gotham Greens. They have a pesto options with and without dairy. They also use extra virgin olive oil, no inflammatory seed oils in the pesto blends!
Cheese of choice. I used a shredded goat cheese.
Frisee lettuce chopped
Avocado
Canned sardines
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pizza crust directly on the middle rack
Allow pizza crust to cook for about 5 minutes
Remove pizza crust from oven and add toppings--> layer with pesto and goat cheese or cheese of choice
Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted. If you like your crust a little crunchier you can cook a couple minutes longer.
While pizza is cooking: chop Frisee greens or lettuce of choice and toss with a dash of basaltic vinegar
I wanted to add and easy protein topping to this pizza- mashed 1 avocado with 1 can of wild sardines (Be sure the sardines are packed with healthy oils such as olive or or just water). For those that done like sardines swap out for your protein of choice.. shredded chicken, ground turkey/beef, etc.
Top pizza with avocado/sardine mash
Add Frisee greens
Enjoy!
