Protein Powered Pancakes with Almond Flour

EASIEST blood sugar supportive pancakes from a functional registered dietitian: YUMMM


1 banana

4 eggs

1/2 cup of almond flour

2 scoops of chocolate protein powder of choice

Dash of cinnamon


1. Blend all ingredients in blender.

*Consistency should be like a fluffy smoothie. Not watery but not too thick!

2. Add add-ins if you prefer (ex. additional berries, bananas, chocolate chips)

2. Cook on frying pan over low/medium heat ~2-3 minutes on each side until both sides are golden brown.

Topped with a little coconut yogurt, pomegranate, hemp hearts, and a dash of maple syrup.

These pancakes are easy but also great because they loaded with protein and lower in carb- no blood sugar spikes! Great for the kiddos to 🤤
