Gelatin Gummies

There are so many wonderful benefits of consuming gelatin- especially for your gut health!

Start your morning off with these delicious nourishing gummies! If you are someone dealing with gut dysfunction adding gelatin into your routine can be super beneficial.

Gelatin Benefits:

  1. Helps absorb water in the intestines for easy heath bowel movements

  2. Helps heal leaky gut by reducing inflammation and repairing your gut lining tissue

  3. Enhances digestive strength by promoting secretion of enzymes and bile needed to properly digest your food


  1. 1 cup of pomegranate juice *organic and no sugar added

  2. 1 cup of tart cherry juice *organic and no sugar added

  3. Grass-fed gelatin

  4. Maple Syrup or Honey (optional).

*The quality of gelatin you are using is so important. In order to get the wonderful benefits from gelatin you want to be sure you are sourcing your gelatin from the right places.

*You can choose any juice you prefer- if you use pineapple you have to boil it first because it contains enzymes that will not allow the gummies to gel. I often use pomegranate and tart cherry as they are loading with phytonutrients and thought to support the growth of beneficial bacteria and reduce inflammation.


  1. Pour 2 cups of juice into frying pan. Heat on low to medium heat until you start to see steam. We do not need the juice to boil! We want a warm/hot temperature. Not hot enough to burn your tongue.

  2. Once heated remove from heat. Let cool until lukewarm and add 2 tbsp. gelatin. As you add gelatin begin to whisk quickly to keep gelatin from clumping.

  3. Once combined thoroughly, pour juice into mold and place in fridge.

  4. Let solidify for 4-5 hours.

  5. Enjoy!
